We do operate the PR Racing Factory Team here in the US. This is a Nationwide team consisting of drivers in all 50 states.
Team Managers:
We are also looking for Regional Team Managers to help manage the team and find local talent. Team Managers should present a professional attitude and well as appearance and have a deep product knowledge.
Team Drivers:
We are looking for drivers of medium to high skill levels.
The prime time for this is Sept-Oct each year.
We offer a couple levels of driver support and this is typically based on skill level and accomplishments.
We do limit the entry level drivers so that we are not just sponsoring anyone. We do not base our business on that.
A professional manner at the track is also a definite plus.
A racing resume would speed the review of your application.

Update: Just a word on one thing.... we have seen an increase of sponsorship entitlement by direct applicants... if you just expect to get sponsored, we are not the place, sorry. If you get upset at how we run our program, you will not be considered.
Also, We have No paid drivers of any kind. I will save us all time and say that we won't have any for the immediate future.
